Wisdom tooth misalignment can lead to dental caries, painful local inflammations or the development of cysts in the jawbone. In most cases, early removal of wisdom teeth that are causing or could cause problems is highly recommended.<\/p>\n<p>The right time to have your wisdom teeth removed is in your late teens when tooth roots are not yet so strong. It is easiest to pull out wisdom teeth that have fully erupted.
