Covid-19: instructions to patients and visitors

Only HEALTHY PERSONS with no symptoms of COVID-19 and a negative COVID-19 medical history are allowed to enter our dental office.

Patients are requested to arrive for their dental appointment EXACTLY at the scheduled time. The waiting room door is locked, therefore you should ring the bell on arrival. Our medical personnel will receive you as soon as they are able to.

All patients and visitors are required to wear a FACE MASK covering their mouth and nose when entering our premises.

COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE – all patients are required to fill out a questionnaire and submit it to our personnel after signing it.

You must enter our dental practice INDIVDUALLY, at a specific pre-arranged time.

You need to come to your dental appointment ALONE. Escorts shall wait outside the office. Only persons who are not physically able to enter the premises unaccompanied (visually impaired, disabled) and small children can be accompanied to our dental office.

Before visiting our dental practice, please ensure flawless oral hygiene, as this reduces the amount of microbes in the oral cavity, thus protecting yourself and others.

You will notice that our waiting room no longer offers magazines and newspapers because these items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
